Rosé Syrup & Pancakes

Rosé Syrup for Pancakes (Yield approx. 1-2 cups)

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup rosé wine
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
Directions:

1) In a small pot over medium-high head, bring the wine and sugar to a boil. Continue to boil until reduced by half, stirring occasionally.

2) Add the cornstarch mixture to the pot and stir until the mixture thickens. Reduce heat to a simmer and let sit for a few minutes.

3) Pour over fresh made pancakes!
